Jessica McLane Gann is the founder of Salt & Birch Consulting and brings more than 25 years of executive leadership and strategic advisory experience across healthcare, aviation, environmental services, manufacturing, workforce development, and association management. She has served in Chief Marketing Officer, senior executive, and board leadership roles, helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, and changing market conditions.
Jessica is currently leading STI/SPFA’s future-focused industry assessment, conducting extensive research and interviews with manufacturers, suppliers, regulators, customers, and industry partners. Her work is focused on identifying the trends, challenges, and opportunities likely to shape the future of the steel containment industry and the organizations that serve it.
