Cancellation Policy
STI/SPFA must receive all cancellation requests in writing. Phone cancellations are not accepted. All cancellations dated more than thirty days in advance of the meeting will receive a refund, minus a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be given within thirty days of the meeting; however, substitute registrants are welcome. Email requests for substitutions or cancellations may be sent to info@steeltank.com.
