C.J. Hineman started his career as a safety intern for Fisher Tank Company in 2006 and has been there ever since. He currently serves in the role of Safety Director.  C.J. strives to create a safety culture that promotes positive conversation and employee engagement throughout all levels of Fisher Tank company.

He is a 2007 OSEH graduate from Millersville University. He currently holds professionals certifications as a Certified Safety Professional (BSCP) and as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (BGC).

C.J. has served as the Chairman of the STI/SPFA Health and Safety Committee.
