Brian Cooper is Vice President of Business Development at Maguire, where he leads strategic growth initiatives across the company’s water infrastructure business. In this role, he focuses on strengthening customer relationships, advancing market positioning, and driving innovation across maintenance, construction, and asset management services for water storage infrastructure.

Brian is actively engaged in industry leadership through the STI/SPFA, where he serves on both the Field Erected Tank Committee and the Legislative Advocacy Committee. He also participates in technology-focused initiatives aimed at advancing fabrication, inspection, and digital transformation across Maguire. His work often centers on bridging traditional infrastructure expertise with modern tools such as data analytics and artificial intelligence.
