From concept to completion, Clay & Bailey manufactures accessories to outfit fuel storage tanks.
Beginning with an idea, our engineering department creates a Solid Works version of the prototype. From there, we 3d print a model. We then pour an aluminum version. The product continues on through our state-of-the-art machine shop. From there, the product experiences rigorous testing, Once we are satisfied with the product, pattern equipment is made, castings are produced in quantities and machine feed speeds are adjusted for mass production.
We also have a fully equipped fabrication shop complete with Tru Laser and Tru bend machines, robotic welders and more. These processes are only possible due to our highly skilled and dedicated people who make the difference.
