Mike Dosal brings more than a decade of leadership experience across the steel, construction, and defense materials industries. He currently serves as Key Account Manager for the U.S. and Canada at SSAB, where he leads strategic relationships for specialty and military-grade steel products, including Armox and Ramor, supporting some of the most demanding applications in North America.

Previously, he held senior sales and project leadership roles at Commercial Metals Company and Gerdau North America, where he led high-performing sales and operations teams, and oversaw complex projects and programs.

A University of California, Irvine graduate with degrees in Civil Engineering and Economics; his background spans business development, operations, contract negotiation, and project execution, with a consistent focus on delivering value, driving growth, and building long-term partnerships.

With a rare blend of technical expertise, commercial strategy, and hands-on leadership, Mike brings real-world insight into navigating complex markets, leading teams, and driving performance at scale.
