Justin Kerbe leads the HSE program at Ward Vessel and Exchanger across all divisions, including Field Service, Houston, and Charlotte, with a focus on strengthening safety culture while supporting operational excellence.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology with education in consumer health, providing a strong foundation in biomechanics, movement efficiency, injury prevention, and overall wellness. This background enables him to apply a practical, science-based approach to safety and human performance.

Justin is also a CSM-certified Safety Manager with formal training in workplace safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
