With expectations that the second Trump administration will act quickly and aggressively on trade initiatives – particularly related tariff increases – it is more important than ever that businesses understand U.S. trade policy. How did we get here? Where are we going? And how should we be thinking about risk while identifying potential opportunities?
Kelley Drye & Warren LLP International Trade attorney, Brooke Ringel, will join STI/SPFA’s government affairs advisor, Stephen Borg of the Vogel Group, to discuss the top priorities of the incoming Trump administration; Congress’s role in enforcing trade legislation; the future of the USMCA and other trade agreements; and what impact these changes may have on global supply chains.
